December is usually the month where everyone rushes, reflects, or hides in their own world. This meetup flips that. It’s a gentle space to slow down, breathe, and actually connect; with yourself and with people who want a more meaningful way to end the year.
We gather in a small, friendly group (8–12 people), light conversation, small physical exercises that help you notice your own patterns, and moments to share if you feel like it.
The goal is to make this last month of the year feel different. More grounded. More intentional. More yours.
You’ll leave with one small action, something practical that helps you show up for yourself, not just plan for some future version of your life.
And along the way, you might meet people who want the same thing: real conversations, real energy, and a space where connection actually matters.
