Crowdfunding has democratized investing in alternative assets, previously unavailable to most investors, and is likewise on the rise. Together, the two concepts provide a powerful platform for investors to align their investments with their values and ideas.
We will examine crowdfunding from the legal and practical aspects. We will look at who can invest, what assets classes are available, and how to get started. We will cover due diligence and valuations, as well as what to look for and what to watch out for. Plenty of positive and negative real-life examples will be examined along the way.
