New York Tech Karaoke Meetup

For the night after John Mellencamp's 74th birthday, we'll be celebrating his music and the music of the Pat Benatar (born January 10), who gave Mellencamp's career a boost by covering his song "I Need a Lover." Feel free to sing any song that's been sung by either of those singers!

We'll be meeting at Planet Rose again! Especially bring your songs that are hard to sing over Zoom, like duets and songs with choruses and harmonies!

Join us in singing songs about drinking - mostly alcoholic, but if you've got a great song about a soft drink, feel free to sing it!

The songs can express positive, negative or neutral judgments about alcohol or drinking. Singing a song in this meetup is not necessarily an endorsement of any message in the song!
