Putting together a small group for a private group class with a Certified Wim Hof Instructor. Upper East Side location. You'll need Comfortable clothes, a yoga mat or similar, a swimsuit, a towel, and an adventurous attitude! The group size is limited so grab your spots as soon as you can.
