January social mixer @ Gladstones!
Gladstones Restaurant, 17300 Coast Highway, Los Angeles, CA, USLet's have our first social mixer of 2026 in the Palisades at Gladstones on PCH! Their ocean view is stunning! We will be in their outdoor area and will get to see the beautiful sunset. They have parking available right next to the restaurant.

Social mixer @ Conrad LA & Broad visit!
Conrad Los Angeles, 100 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012,, Los Angeles, CA, USHi all! Let's have a social mixer on the rooftop of the Conrad LA hotel downtown! Their rooftop floor is beautiful with indoor bar areas and a restaurant plus they have several outdoor spaces too! I want to go there at 2:30pm for our social mixer and also want to reserve a 5pm entry time for later that day to visit the Infinity Mirrored Room at the Broad museum across the street.

The tickets to the Broad are free but you have to reserve a ticket in advance (they do get booked so you should reserve your ticket as soon as it becomes available to reserve if you want to go to the Broad).

According to the Broad website:
Both General Admission and Infinity Mirrored Room + General Admission tickets are released monthly on the last Wednesday at 10 am PT for visiting the following month.
If you want to go to the Broad on the same day we are downtown for our mixer, you should reserve your individual free ticket as soon as they release the tickets for February 22nd which should be on Wednesday, January 28th, at 10am PT.
I will plan to reserve my free ticket for the Infinity Mirrored Room/General Admission for the 5pm entry on Sunday Feb 22nd so I will leave our social mixer around 4:45pm to walk across the street to the Broad.
The Conrad LA hotel has valet and self park. I was told the self park with validation is $4.50 for the first three hours, $15.00 for the first four hours and $5.00 each additional hour up to the daily max.

Frieze art show 2026
Santa Monica Airport, 3027 Airport Avenue, Santa Monica, 90405, Santa Monica, CA, USHi all! I am contemplating having a meetup at the 2026 Frieze art show. They have early bird tickets already for sale for the art show and some time slots are already sold out. They also have an area that will have pop up restaurants which will be right in front of the Frieze show entrance which does not require a ticket entry.

The event will be at the Santa Monica airport. I think it will probably be too complicated to have a large group meet there but please let me know if you plan to go to the Frieze art show and what time your ticket entry is in case we can meet up there. I bought a ticket for the 1pm entry for Sunday March 1st. The art show is three days - Friday February 27th 2026, Saturday Feb 28th and Sunday March 1st. I went last year and enjoyed the art exhibits. I may try to gather us to meet up by the pop up restaurant area before or after I walk the art show.
