- In this session you will learn that while we’ve had Airflow in our environment for half a decade. Everything else has changed, why hasn’t Airflow?

- Title: Orchestrating Document Intelligence: An airflow-powered pipeline from raw files to validated knowledge
- Speaker: Yan Dai, AI & Data Architect at Deloitte
- This talk walks through how we use Airflow to orchestrate a multi-stage document AI pipeline from ingestion, embedding, topic discovery to quality validation. We'll cover our DockerOperator-per-step pattern, why we chose Airflow over a managed orchestration service, and what we learned about designing pipelines where the output needs to be trusted, not just correct.
