• Title: Orchestrating Document Intelligence: An airflow-powered pipeline from raw files to validated knowledge
• Speaker: Yan Dai, AI & Data Architect at Deloitte
• This talk walks through how we use Airflow to orchestrate a multi-stage document AI pipeline from ingestion, embedding, topic discovery to quality validation. We'll cover our DockerOperator-per-step pattern, why we chose Airflow over a managed orchestration service, and what we learned about designing pipelines where the output needs to be trusted, not just correct.
