Art of Concentration
New Acropolis Indiranagar, 12th B Main Rd, Bengaluru, Ka, INIn the year 1600, one of the great Tibetan Lamas drew a special picture to teach his disciples about the Art of Concentration and a process of working with the Mind.
What is the important role of concentration according to Tibetan Buddhism, and what we can learn from this special drawing that can enable us to live a more fulfilling life? This session will take us through the journey of revealing the meaning behind this ancient painting and how we can translate it practically into our daily lives.
