At New Acropolis, a diverse group of learners comes together every week to practice philosophy as a way of life, individually and as a community. We invite you to experience this through this practical session where we introduce the approach to learning about ourselves, and expressing the best of ourselves in our lives.

The session comprises a talk that presents philosophical perspectives to know yourself by searching within, time for Q&A, and a guided interactive exercise.
