In today’s fast-paced world, filled with constant stimulation and endless pleasures, we can easily feel scattered, disconnected and unsure of what truly matters. Success, comforts and conveniences can bring moments of happiness—yet a lasting calm and fulfillment often feel just out of reach. And when life’s challenges arise—whether expected or sudden—they can leave us stressed and off balance.

In such moments, a quiet inner voice may ask:

  • Despite doing more and having more, am I fulfilled?
  • Can I become better? Is there a path to awaken the best within?
  • What is the meaning of life? Do I have a purpose?
  • How can I navigate life's inevitable challenges with inner strength, joy and serenity?
  • How can I improve and deepen my relationship with others and contribute to building a better world?

If you are seeking answers to such questions, we invite you to discover the Practical Philosopher within!

Each of us is, at heart, a philosopher — curious, questioning, and longing to understand the great mystery of life, how to live well and meaningfully and our role within this mystery. Being a philosopher means learning to reflect, and turning understanding into action and transformation. It means going beyond our limits, discovering our strengths, realizing our true human potential, and expressing the best within for ourselves and others.

This Trial Workshop from our 12-week Applied Philosophy course, where we’ll explore one of the most fundamental and essential questions:
“Who am I? What is the Human Being?”

Through a thought-provoking talk and lively group discussions, we’ll draw on timeless and universal wisdom from both Eastern and Western philosophies to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and how to become conscious sculptors of our own lives!

No prior experience with philosophy is needed—just bring an open heart and mind and a willingness to interact with other seekers of wisdom.

At the close of the workshop, we will explain more details about the Winter session of our upcoming 12-week course—a unique journey to explore ancient wisdom and how it can be applied to face, understand and even solve many individual and collective modern day challenges. We can all learn to transform our daily life into a meaningful and joyful adventure!

Even if you’re not ready to join the full course, this Trial Workshop will be a meaningful step toward discovering new insights and living with greater clarity, purpose, and inner balance.

We look forward to seeing you!
