New Acropolis is more than a philosophy school—it’s a global movement, in more than 50 countries, that blends timeless wisdom, cultural heritage, and hands-on action to create a better world.
Guided by the idea that philosophy is not just theory but a way of life, we explore teachings from ancient spiritual Eastern and Western philosophies and civilizations, drawing practical insights as a practical tool for personal and social transformation! 🌱📚🤝
Join us to discover the adventure of Philosophy in Action, meet other heart-minded and like-minded seekers of wisdom and idealists who want to participate in making the world better!
We plan to host a range of events in 2025 on Applied Philosophy, Culture and Volunteering and look forward to meeting you!
None of our activities assume a previous experience of Philosophy - just an open mind and heart to explore new perspectives and a willingness to transform!

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s The Little Prince is more than a beloved story, it is a poetic and symbolic journey into the heart of the human experience.
In this interactive workshop, we will explore this classic tale through the lens of Applied Philosophy, uncovering profound lessons on self-knowledge, inner growth, and the art of living with meaning.
Far more than a children’s story, this poetic tale is rich in symbolic teachings that speak to the essence of the human journey.
Guided by the New Acropolis approach to classical philosophy, we will uncover profound themes found in the book: responsibility, imagination, love, loss, and the search for what is truly essential.
We will journey with the Little Prince as he visits different planets, meets the fox, and contemplates the desert, drawing parallels to ancient traditions, archetypes, and the hero’s path found in cultures from Egypt to India.
Inspired by the philosophical teachings shared in The Little Prince, this event invites us to look beyond appearances and reconnect with the invisible thread that unites us with life, others, and ourselves.

Important Information for Attendees:- Online ticket purchase is required
- Arrival Time: Doors open at 10:45 AM—arrive early to check in and get settled. The event is on the second floor, accessible by stairs
- Check-in Process: Have your Eventbrite ticket (with your name and barcode) ready on your phone or as a printout for a smooth check-in.
- Location: If you plug in 348 Danforth Avenue on a map application, it might show you a location that is the back of the building. This is incorrect. Please note that the entrance to the event is on Danforth Avenue. It is to the left of a store called Book City and we will have one of the volunteers present at the door.
- Security Requirement: Your reservation must include a valid first and last name. We may request an ID along with your Eventbrite ticket.
- What to Bring: A pen and notebook—you’ll want to jot down reflections, insights, and practical keys to apply in daily life.
- Transport: It is right near Chester station. If you are driving, there is a paid parking lot in the back of the building at the intersection of Jackman Avenue and Hurndale Avenue. And Green P parking lots and also paid Street Parking
