Curious About Cohousing? Join Our Free Virtual Intro Session!
Imagine a neighborhood where people actually know their neighbors—where shared meals, mutual support, and everyday connection are part of daily life. 🌱
Newark Area Cohousing is a forming, multigenerational cohousing community in the Newark, Delaware area, and we’d love to introduce ourselves.
Cohousing is an intentional way of living that blends fully private homes with thoughtfully designed shared indoor and outdoor spaces—from a common house with a large kitchen and dining area to gardens, pathways, and gathering spots. It’s not a financial or legal structure, but a people-centered approach to community, shaped and governed by the residents themselves.
Neighbors come together to cook, play, share tools, care for common spaces, and support one another—creating a vibrant, connected place to call home.
