This is a Community Project, in progress. Currently in the Founding stages, working toward formal fiscal sponsorship. Built for the Community, yet needing Community input.
This concept was inspired by the rising presence of isolation in our neighborhoods — and a growing dependence on corporations over the neighbors right beside us. The belief is simple: we already have everything we need in the people around us.
The Newark Bridge Collective has a foundation and a direction — but it isn't finished. It will be shaped by the voices, needs, and hands of this community
This project was started by Austin Townsend, a Newark neighbor. We are actively seeking volunteers and community members to help shape what this becomes. If any part of this speaks to you — reach out. This bridge gets built together.
