Check out the age and dress requirements on the food bank website. In general, you need to be at least 8 years old, wear closed toe shoes, and be able to work for 2 hours. There are less physical jobs available for those whom cannot lift or carry heavy things.

If this is your first visit, you must sign up for an account on the Regional Food Bank website. Just create an account there and then send me an email with your first and last name and your email address so I can submit that for the weeks you attend. My email is greatoutdoors1985@gmail.com
