Lecture- Karma Cause & Effect

The teachings on Karma Cause and Effect are the foundation of the Buddhist practice. This lecture aims to explain how these teachings can be used to give our lives meaning and lead to lasting happiness. There will be a Q&A session after the lecture followed by a guided meditation. The lecture will be given by Lucy Ralph

Lucy has been a student of Lama Ole since 2007. She recently moved back to the UK after living for almost 30 years in Peru, where she raised her two children and worked as an English teacher, translator, restaurant and night-club manager and more recently as a Project Manager. She currently lives in Cambridge.
