The Delian Tomb - One-shot DnD adventure for beginners (In-person)

You are part of a group travelling on the road between the cities of Aramoor and Broken Shield. You’ve booked free transport with a trade caravan in exchange for acting as a guard; but nobody expects any difficulty on the five day journey through scattered farms and rocky hills. Then a storm rolls in from the mountains, an unnatural storm. The dark clouds and unseasonably warm winds promise a rough time for anyone caught out on the roads, there is shelter ahead... but also trouble.

Hi, I'm Phil. I'm new to both DnD and the DM role - so am targeting this event at other beginners (though more experienced players are also welcome). This will be hosted at my home in Ushaw Moor near Durham. I should warn that I have a VERY friendly lurcher who will want to play with you - so if you are not comfortable with dogs this probably isn't the event for you. Parking is fairly easy within 100 yards of the house during the day, and there are regular buses from Durham to Ushaw Moor.

If you wish to attend please fill in the form HERE, so you can give some info about yourself, the character that you want to play, and also let me know of any boundaries you have (I'd like it to be PG level generally, but if e.g. you have a real life phobia we should probably avoid it coming up in game). I'm happy to do a zoom session a few days ahead to run through character creation for anyone that needs it!
