Beginner Friendly D&D (short three/four session storyline)

Suitable for total beginners (although more experienced players are also welcome) - this will be a three or four session storyline for 5e Dnd.

So, like a one-shot, but with a bit more chance to get to know your own characters, and the party. Also, plenty of time for people new to the game to get to grips with everything. If you've never played before, don't worry, this is a good place to start and we will go over everything you need to know.

This game will have a Ravenloft setting (a gothic atmostphere with ghosts and ghouls). Characters will be at level 3 - most options available, as long as I have the relevant sourcebooks on roll20.

If anyone needs help with character building and so on, I'm happy to lend a hand with that or provide a pre-gen character if needed.

The game will take place online using Roll20, and zoom (no subscriptions necessary), and sessions will run 7pm till 10pm on Monday evenings from the 12th February (so, most likely the 12th, 19th, 26th and possibly the 4th March, depending on how quickly the game goes).

If you choose to attend on here, then I will send you over a link to a short form (or I will put the link in the comments below the event) where you can tell me a bit more about the character you would like to build and your experience with the game. Please note that until that form has been completed, your place is not confirmed.

I would like to get a balanced group, so if there are competing preferences etc, I may ask you to wait for a later session.

One thing to note - my games tend to be fairly rp driven, so if you are a person who mostly likes combat, this may not be the best game for you. There will be combat of course, it's just not the main focus.
