All you need to do is train your body to laugh on command, as you would train your body for any new exercise. This is easier than you might think !
In this fun group class you will learn to increase your natural laughter with physical movements, breathing techniques and fun playful activities.
Laughter is proven by research to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve the health of your heart, reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression and leave you feeling uplifted, light and happy.
Laughter helps you feel connected to friends and family. It strengthens relationships.
No jokes or humour are used in this fun class. You do not need to have a sense of humour or feel happy to attend. Come with openness and a willingness to explore and expand your laughter.
Laughter is a health cocktail for your body mind and spirit.
In this class you will "switch on" your laughter button, that natural impulse we were all born with.
You have seen babies laughing - they do not need jokes or humour to laugh. Laughing is as natural as breathing. Sometime because of a pandemic, or other life event or a serious situation, your ability to laugh gets switched off and you can forget how good it feels to have a great laugh, a laugh for no reason !
This class is your chance to reactivate your laugh.
Join like minded laughers and use the power of the group to ignite your laughter.
Laughing prepares our body and mind for deep relaxation and meditation, which will complete your class.
Classes on zoom on the first Saturday of the month at 9am (AEST) Sydney Australia time. Class runs for 50 minutes.
