What is it about the image of a hot air balloon sailing on a sea of cloud that stirs our imaginations? How can hot air balloons act as metaphors for the ups and downs of life? This is what we will be reflecting on together at this Wednesday's Food For Thought!
Come and join in the discussion at the fourth Food For Thought meeting of the uni term! We will have a short talk entitled 'Why you've (probably) always wanted to ride in a hot air balloon,' followed by discussion questions and time to share our perspectives and learn from each other.
When? Wednesday 15th September, 7-8.30pm (and also every Wednesday during term time).
Where? Costa Coffee, St Mary's Place, NE1 7PQ.
Who for? University students and recent graduates.
Attendance is free, but please purchase a drink or snack from Costa, as staff stay after closing hours in order to generously host us and we want to show our appreciation!
