Our next service will be at 11am on Sunday 19th April, it will be a meditation session led by local yoga and meditation teacher, Kainara Motta. We will be looking at “Yoga and Truthfulness”, with breathing exercises and meditation, introduced here by Kainara:
“You are warmly invited to our Sunday guided meditation on Truthfulness (Satya), inspired by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. In this gentle session, we will reconnect with the heart through honest self-awareness, letting go of pretence and meeting ourselves with compassion and clarity. By cultivating sincerity within, we open the space for inner harmony and discover the quiet peace that arises from living in alignment with our true nature.”
We will be in the Large Spiritual Commons Room at Northumbria University for worshipping in person and online via Zoom. Here’s the joining information:

All are welcome on Sunday morning, join us at the Large Spiritual Commons Room at Northumbria Student Central. This is the large brick building which houses the University's Library, opposite Newcastle Civic Centre. You can park in the car parks nearby (Blue Badge parking is available), bikes can be locked up just outside the building, and it is near the Haymarket Metro station, also the bus stops outside the Civic Centre. Please come to the side door with the banner, and we will have someone there to let you in!
