Festive Newcastle Bitcoin Meetup

Bitcoin and blockchain technologies have emerged from obscurity and are now changing the way the global financial system works. It's about time the North-East had a bitcoin meetup!

The meetup is mainly a casual get-together for the bitcoin curious, enthusiasts and professionals alike. Whether you're completely new to the technology and just interested in learning more or have been mining bitcoin on your graphics card since 2011, all are welcome :-)

At the moment this group will be for a one-off festive meetup (when I'm back home for Christmas). I'm normally based in Beijing and run the bitcoin meetup there, so if anyone's interested in taking this meetup off my hands then let me know!
