An Italian Feast in Five Courses
Antipasto di Sottaceti
A variety of in-house lacto-fermented vegetables, featuring my famous fennel.
Insalata Verde Amara
A salad of curated and lightly dressed gorgeous bitter greens.
Locally produced non-cannabis CBD-infused extra virgin olive oil will be used to finish the salad.
Stufato di Verdure di Inverno
A comforting harvest stew, featuring fresh hardy winter vegetables in a rich tomato broth.
"Sausage" Lasagna
House-made fresh lasagna noodles, layered with San Marzano tomato sauce and cashew béchamel, local vegetables, and our signature "sausage."
Raw Plant-Based Tiramisu Cake
Mama mia! Our take on tiramisu.
