Meet at 10.00 to get ready for 10.15 prompt set off. Medium paced ride.

Mountain bike is suitable - We will be using gravel bike tracks and minor roads for a very short distance.

Bring with you the ride leaders mobile number (listed below) for any issues.

Please also bring helmet, spare inner / puncture repair kits etc. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather.

Strictly NO HELMET NO RIDE!

If I do have to cancel due to weather / illness etc I will note this on website - please therefore do check website before you set off for the ride. I use the BBC weather forecast, I do ride if its showers / light rain or even light snow.
