Life class for painters

Life drawing classes tend to involve short poses which seldom allow time for painters to adjust their paintings sufficiently. In this class we will work with a life model who will take a single pose for the two hours each week, giving us more time to adjust and correct our paintings. Artists of all levels are welcome to attend, but this is a self directed class and no tuition will normally be given.
Please bring your own water-based painting material such as acrylics, gouache or watercolours as the room is not equipped for oil-based paints. There is a sink in the kitchen adjoining the studio room where water can be obtained. The two hour session will start at 2.30pm and end at 4.30pm with a 15 minute tea break at 3.30pm.
Newington Green Meeting House is an historic Unitarian Chapel situated on the North side of Newington Green. Access to the class will be by the side door; please ring the bell when you arrive. The charge for the class is £10.
