Grand Finale RSVP Guidelines
This event is strictly for BPCL members attending in person. Each BPCL member may bring one guest.
Please make sure to include your guest in your RSVP.
If you wish to bring more than one guest, please contact the organizers, and we will assist you.
We will maintain a consolidated list of all RSVPs, including the number of guests registered under each member. Entry to the Grand Finale will be permitted strictly as per this list. Food coupons will be distributed at the venue based on the confirmed RSVP count.
RSVP Deadline: October 12th at 10:00 PM sharp. Please ensure you complete your RSVP before the deadline, as we need to finalize the arrangements accordingly.
