You can expect a masterclass in balancing flavors—tangy tamarind, fresh coconut, and the aromatic "tempering" of mustard seeds and curry leaves. It is a naturally "clean" way of eating, with many dishes being steamed and rich in healthy probiotics.

To help digest that delicious breakfast and take care of any glucose spikes, we will be heading to a nearby court for some Pickleball right after the event!
- Please bring your paddles (bats). It’s a great way to stay active and keep the conversation going while moving a bit.
- What to Bring:
- Paddle & Balls: Please bring your own gear (Paddles and balls) if you have it. You can borrow for $5 (I will have a few extra paddles for those just starting out).
- Proper Footwear: Athletic court shoes are required for your safety.
- Water: Stay hydrated!

This is a pay-your-own meal. Based on the restaurant's weekend buffet pricing:
- $15.99 per Adult
- Order whatever additional drinks (Chai/Coffee) you like
- Bring card + backup (cash / Venmo / Zelle) just in case
