Hike: Washington Valley Orange & East Branch Middle Brook Trail

Location: Washington Valley Park, tennis courts parking lot, Martinsville, NJ
Distance & Type: 2-3 miles, moderate difficulty
Elevation Gain: ~321 ft
Scenery: Wooded trails, reservoir views, creek crossings, rocks & roots
Meet in the parking lot of the tennis courts.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early; we’ll start hiking promptly at the meeting time.
Trail may be muddy or rocky, so bring sturdy shoes, water, and a snack.
Estimated time: 1.5–2 hours.

We’ll hike at a steady pace...not a race, but not a stroll. We'll take breaks as needed to rest, take pics, etc.

Optional lunch after the hike: There are plenty of options nearby. Feel free to comment if you have a favorite.
