Come walk, yap, laugh, and make some new girlfriends.
Walk & Yap is a casual women-only morning where you can get outside, meet new people, and have conversations that go beyond small talk.
Come by yourself. Seriously. You won't be the only one.
We will meet at Starbucks on West Main Street and take a stroll thorugh the downtown.
## What to Expect

This isn't a race or a workout class. We'll keep the pace comfortable so we can actually talk while we walk.
Whether you're new to the area, your friends are all busy, you're trying to expand your circle, or you simply want something fun to do on a Sunday morning — come join us.
## Who Is This For?
Women 18+ who want to make new friends and build more genuine connections in New Jersey.
Come solo or bring a girlfriend — but if you're nervous about showing up alone, please come anyway. That's exactly why we're creating this.
## After the Walk
Anyone who wants to keep hanging out can join us for an optional coffee or brunch afterward. Everyone will purchase their own food and drinks.

Important Policies
Weather & Rain Date Policy: This event may be postponed or rescheduled due to rain, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control. If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the announced rain date or rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued if a ticket holder is unable to attend the new date. If the event is canceled by the organizers and no replacement date is scheduled, attendees will be contacted regarding available options.
Liability and Assumption of Risk: Participation is voluntary. Neither Yes We Thryve, NJ Singles, Catholic Singles NJ, nor their organizers, volunteers, instructors, venues, or hosts shall be responsible for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or property damage occurring during or in connection with the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Photography and Consent: Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and community purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in future promotions. Please notify an organizer at the event if you prefer not to be photographed or recorded.

Respect and Courtesy: Please be kind and respectful toward venue staff, organizers, volunteers, and fellow guests. Disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Arrival and Departure: You are welcome to arrive late or leave early unless the event description states otherwise. This is intended to be a friendly, inclusive, and low-pressure environment where guests can connect in person.
Ticket Policy: All sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise stated by the organizers.
