Our Dynamic Mommy and Me Postpartum Movement Class is designed to help you move your body in a positive and nurturing environment while offering your baby sensory experiences and developmental exercises! The class, taught by a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Pre-/Postnatal fitness trainer, will provide safe and practical exercises to re-strengthen the deep core and pelvic floor post-birth. It will also educate you on healing diastasis recti, optimal positioning for day-to-day activities with your baby, and wellness strategies to support your role as a mother. Bring a baby carrier for the option of wearing your baby during class! This class is suitable for post-partum mothers who have been cleared for exercise by a doctor, and babies age 0-12 months (or early pre-crawlers).
