Aloha!

Experience the thrill of outrigger paddling with IMUA Outrigger Canoe Club for FREE.

No experience is necessary. We'll provide the paddles and instructions.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE I COME?

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
The introductory session will involve a 15-minute land training-introduction on the beach to familiarize you with the technique, commands, and safety protocol of the canoe. This is then followed by a 45 minute session on the water. Please arrive on time by 9:30AM to participate in land training before you are able to paddle on the water. Allow extra time for parking.

WHAT DO I WEAR? WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Remember to wear sunscreen and bring water with you in the canoe to stay hydrated. You are free to wear whatever you want provided you do not mind the possibility of it getting wet. You may want to consider bringing something dry you can change into afterwards. Assume anything you bring in the canoe can get wet and/or lost.

No pets are allowed in the canoes.
