Stretch & Recovery Class

Join us for a session focused on hamstring health and overall mobility. We’ll guide you through resistance stretching techniques to improve strength and flexibility. At the end of class, you’ll pair up for gentle body walking, a safe and supportive method to release muscle tension.

No experience needed. Please bring two bath towels and a yoga mat. Activewear isn’t required—comfortable clothing that allows movement is fine.

This is a free class, and donations are appreciated.
