Join us at Life Temple on Fridays for a diverse and nurturing yoga experience.
Our sessions alternate between traditional Hatha Yoga, designed to build strength and flexibility, and slower, more mindful practices like Yin Yoga, which focus on deep relaxation and releasing tension.
The classes offer a blend of movement and stillness that fosters a deeper mind-body connection and harmony.
Whether you’re seeking a more dynamic experience or a deeply restorative practice, each experience is an opportunity for you to expand and connect. Beginners are welcome and beginner friendly.
***We alternate this class with Vinyasa Yoga (5:30–6:45 PM), which offers a more active and advanced yoga experience. In Vinyasa classes, you’ll build heat, practice balance, and explore dynamic, powerful movements. Please check our event page on our website or Facebook for the current schedule.
