Did Europeans reach North America 20 000 years ago?

The Solutrean Hypothesis is that Europeans reached North America 20 000 years ago by means of an ice-bridge stretching over the Atlantic every winter during the middle of the last ice-age. We shall be meeting at the Towan Blystra, Wetherspoon, Table 11 in Newquay to discuss the plausibility of this theory. All opinions are welcome.
