The next Newry Digital Meetup will be on 22nd May 2018 in conjunction with DigitalNMD and SRC. Martin Naughtan speaking about IoT hot on the heels of the launch of Things Connected at Belfast City Hall on 9th May. Originally from Galway, Martin is the organiser of the IoT meetup group in Belfast.

The title of Martin's talk is "Incorporating IoT technology into your project" and he will explain the basics of what the technology is and the technology that is available in Newry. At the end of the presentation, you should have a basic understanding of how to use the technology in your hobby/business project.

We will also have Conor Moran from First Derivatives describe their IoT connected car project. FD are working on a variety of large-scale IoT related projects.
