Coffee, Meet & Greet (plus the option to watch the Town Crier Competition!)

Details
Join us for a relaxed and enjoyable Saturday morning meetup at one of Newton Abbot's most popular coffee hotspots. Coffee #1 has been established in the heart of the town for over a decade now and offers the ideal location to unwind, catch-up or simply take a break from the more stressful business of shopping! Like other outlets within the Coffee #1 chain, our Newton branch offers a relaxed, modern vibe, several artistic references to the town's heritage and, of course, lots of great options for both eating and drinking.
We'll aim to meet in the outlet's spacious upstairs section, a well-kept secret boasting greater seclusion and only the cafe's wide range of chilled music for company.
This is the ideal opportunity for anyone new to the group to come along, meet new faces and enjoy some great company in a relaxed and inviting setting. Depending on how people are feeling afterwards, we can always explore the town further or head somewhere for lunch depending on how people are feeling.
EDIT: 2 events in 1! It escaped my attention until yesterday that Newton Abbot's much loved Town Crier Competition is also taking place from 10:15am to 2:00pm on Saturday. This is one of Newton Abbot's premier annual events and will add an extra buzz of excitement to the town centre.
The competition will primarily be taking place at St Leonard's Tower at the other end of the high street from Coffee #1, so shouldn't affect our original plans. However, I may turn up early at the Tower to watch the start of the competition (will post my exact location nearer to the time), so if anyone wants to join me there then you're more than welcome.
Regardless, I'll make my way to Coffee #1 by 11am to begin the event as planned. It is likely that the competition will still be underway once we've finished, so likewise if people feel like heading back to see the action at the Tower afterwards then that's another option available to us.
