What we’re about
This group is for all people identifying as women and non-binary that are interested interested in connection and friendship with an opportunity for safe, platonic touch. It is not a dating group. Parties are held in a beautiful public studio in Newton. Parties start with a
Welcome Circle, where we introduce ourselves, review the rules of Cuddle Party and do a few exercises (if you choose) to practice saying “Yes” and “No” to requests and to practice making our own requests for safe, platonic touch with confidence and ease. Following Welcome Circle is 2 hours of free time to do what you choose. Some people choose some form of platonic touch. Socializing without touch is also an option. Some people benefit from just being in the space, which can look like chatting with a friend, writing in your journal or taking a nap. Following free time is a short closing circle and good-byes.
