Newton Soccer- Friendly and Easygoing

-We are a fun-loving co-ed group. We are mainly beginner to intermediate level players, co-ed and easy going. We’re here to enjoy the outdoors and the game, not be competitive. We don’t always keep track of score. No sliding tackles / hard playing. Our priorities are having fun and getting exercise so if you are a competitive/advanced/aggressive player, this group is not for you and you may be asked to leave.

-Saturday soccer games with a start time generally at 10 am, if you arrive late you may not be able to join if we are at capacity.

-Please bring both a white and dark shirt. NO GRAYS PLEASE !!!!!

-As long as we have eight (8) people, we play. We may cancel a few hours before a game if there is inclement weather. Check your emails for notifications, sometimes these go to Junk/Spam from MeetUp.

-Please RSVP as soon as you know you are coming but make sure to change your RSVP asap if there is something unexpected that comes up and you cannot attend. As things pick up games start to fill and we cap at 18. However, get on the standby list, some people cancel the day before or day-of, so you will end up playing anyway !

-There is free parking.

-We have named the members of this group "Wichos" (pronounced which-oh) after a funny mistaken name after the group was first created. Ever since we've used to it refer to our friendly group of soccer players.

- Note there is a small cost to running this group, we will collect $20 from each player for ONE (1) year subscription to help cover the cost, please contact the organizer.
