Join us on Wednesday, May 3rd to engage in a discussion about the challenges of stress and anxiety with your host Kelly Anne Troy, MA, CHHC (Certified Holistic Health Coach). Topics will include:

- Discussion of the challenges of stress and anxiety
- Review of what's worked and hasn't worked for participants
- Explanation of the holistic approach
- Review of an example 1 day anti-anxiety diet
