Join New York Adventure Club for a visit to the Meadowbrook Polo Club at Long Island's Bethpage State Park, featuring a fun day of world-class polo and an elevated viewing experience.
Led by Meadowbrook Polo Club player and staff member George Fox, our special access experience at Bethpage Polo in the Park will include:
- An introduction to the sport of polo, including the sport's history and basics, rules of play, and more
- An exclusive visit with the ponies, players, and grooms in the tack-up area as they prepare for the day's polo match
- Access to a private cabana with great views of the polo match
- Complimentary snacks & beverages including cheese and bubbly
- A post-match opportunity to play bocce on the field with fans and the polo players
Your ticket includes admission to the polo match, exclusive horse tack-up area access, and access to the private cabana with your fellow adventurers.

*Transportation to/from Farmingdale, NY and polo grounds are not included.
**Guests parking at the polo grounds will have to pay an $8 parking fee to enter the New York State park grounds. No fee is required for taxi or uber drop-offs.
***While light snacks and beverages are included in the cabana, feel free to bring more substantive food along. VIP tent upgrade is available on site — cash only.
****Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated for the experience. Sunblock, bug spray, and an umbrella, for rain or use as a parasol, are also recommended.
*****In case of rain that cancels the polo match, this event will be cancelled or postponed.

3:00-5:00pm: Polo Match

*Please double check train departure times the day before as schedules can shift due to track work.
**If there's an attendant at the Bethpage Park entrance gate, tell the gate attendant you are with the Polo Club (while the Polo field opens at 2 pm, you have been granted early access at 1 pm). If you have any trouble, contact the event host via the number in the confirmation email and he'll come and get you at the gate.
By Public Transit:
Take a Long Island Railroad train departing from Penn Station and disembark at Bethpage Station (here is a link for a local taxi service: https://www.farmingdaletaxi.li)
Take a taxi or Uber to Bethpage Polo in the Park located at the end of Bethpage State Park Picnic Polo Rd — here's the exact Google Map location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/9Xk7jq585cJ7cnWu5.
After passing by the Bethpage Park ticket booth, make an immediate right to go to the field (look for the sign that has BIG letters).
No fee is required for taxi or uber drop-offs.

Bethpage Polo at the Park is located inside Bethpage State Park. The entrance to the Polo Field is a very long road located off Plainview Road, which is exit 8 off the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway (Rout 135) — there is a sign at the entrance on Plainview Road.
After arriving to the Bethpage Park ticket booth at the end of Bethpage State Park Picnic Polo Rd and paying the $8 parking fee, make an immediate right to go to the field (look for the sign that has BIG letters).
