**Presentation Topic - Building AI Applications with Next.js**
In this presentation, we'll go over some of the latest techniques to build rich AI applications using Next.Js and the Vercel AI sdk.

Some things we'll dive into (subject to time restraints):
- Streaming Data from the edge with open AI and other models.
- Using Open AI functions to parse unstructured data into structured JSON.
- Using langchain to create AI agents
- Vector database / embedding examples

Speaker - Dan Cabaniss
Dan Cabaniss is a 20 year veteran in the front end consulting space. He currently owns and runs an agency called Yucaba.com which specializes in building Next.js applications for businesses and non-profits. Recently, he created an AI resume generator application called amazing.cv.
