Join us for Sunrise Beach Yoga & Breakfast Social!

First we will meet at Gulf Stream Park in Delray Beach at 4498 N Ocean Blvd for yoga at 6:30 AM! Parking is free and finding the group is easy!

After class we will head to Bond Street Ale & Coffee at 8 AM for a Breakfast Social!

This is the perfect meetup to practice your yoga, meet new friends, enjoy some wonderful breakfast from a local business and connect with community!

No prior yoga experience required, and all levels welcome! I look forward to guiding and practicing with you!

Sunrise Beach Yoga is held at Gulfstream Park in Delray Beach at 4489 N Ocean Blvd.

Class Details: Class will start at 6:30am! Class is 60 minutes long. No Prior yoga experience required. Class will be an all levels hatha-vinyasa style yoga class.

What To Expect: A beautiful unique yoga experience as the sun rises with a nice community of people.

What To Bring: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.

Where We Are Located On Beach/Parking: Parking is easy an free. Walk up the path all the way to the beach and you will see the group as you walk out on the sand. EASY!
