Key tax issues and opportunities for growing / early stage companies

Every business owner needs to consider the ‘make’ or ‘break’ opportunities and risks that tax can bring to their business. Successful planning for tax and tax incentives can reduce the tax drag on a business and may even generate cash for the business or its owners. In this ever changing tax landscape this session will be relevant to companies who are in the process of growing towards a successful future.

This lunchtime session will provide an overview of key tax areas that you should know about, in easily understandable terms, particularly as you continue to grow your business. Topics will touch on tax matters relevant for expanding your business, attracting new talent, managing audit risk and improving profitability through better management of resources during compliance time.

Hall & Wilcox tax lawyers Anthony Bradica and Raoul D’Cruz, with William Buck’s R&D Tax Incentive advisor, Rita Choueiri, have crafted this session for Stone & Chalk residents and special guests, to provide a series of insights into areas of tax and tax incentives that, if addressed properly, result in valuable outcomes for businesses.

Anthony, Raoul and Rita will also be available for a short time after the session to answer specific questions.
