NextTalk: Ebay Mom's Adventures in Silicon Valley: from thrift store to the app store... How an eBay "power picker" invented and launched a Silicon Valley startup that is making eBay drool!

Interested in creating your own app? Suzanne will talk about her experience on how she came up with her idea, and, as a non-techie, made it all happen!

About the Speaker:
Even as a Non Commissioned Officer in the Israeli Navy, in charge of entertainment and morale, Suzanne Wouk (CIO & founder of SnapPost), was wheeling and dealing in collectibles.
After the military, while pursuing an acting and writing career in Hollywood, she spent her spare time between her UCLA degree and running a collectibles booth in a local antique mall.
But then she discovered a little website called AuctionWeb (which later morphed into eBay) and never looked back. Since then, Suzanne has been buying, selling and educating people on how to use eBay. When she failed to find a tool that simplifies the frustrating eBay posting process, she embarked on her next journey to create one. She got accepted into the Silicon Valley incubator program, The Founder Institute, and launched SnapPost, a free Iphone app that simplifies the posting process on eBay. Suzanne Small Wouk
