Vegan Buffet at Karma (formerly Minerva) Indian Restaurant

Happy March! NFVS will enjoy Karma's (new name, same amazing hosts) monthly vegan buffet with these delicious items: fresh fruits, lentil soup, rasam soup, cauliflower pakora, masala idli, chickpea curry, tofu curry, veg biryani, jackfruit masala, bhotura bread, chili baby corn, lentil curry, mango pudding, and coconut barfi for dessert, plus bonus coconut shake. The cost is $18+ tax and gratuity. A range of beverages, alcoholic and non, are extra and available from their cash bar.
