We are back again, slightly late again, but having AWESOME content!

Angular 7 is closer and closer, and a lot was shared at Angular Mix 2018 conference, which just happened a few days ago. There are many great presentations and announcements. We get the best of the best to discuss.

We also bring a VERY special talk to start the night with - for real.
How do coach senior developers? Many of us are senior developers, and work with other senior developers. Sometimes we need to help them grow, and we want to grow to. And why are we saying coaching not mentoring? Will, who has been coaching senior developers at Readify for quite a challenge, talks to us based on his experience.

There will be a lot of time to share questions and answers from beginners as well.

== Coaching Senior Developers (by Wil Ray)

Education doesn't stop when you reach senior. We're still growing, still learning, and still solving new problems. How do you continue to provide support and direction for developers who may be trying to answer questions that you yourself cannot answer?

I'll be talking about my definition of what coaching is, how it differs from mentorship, teaching, and other common forms of distributing knowledge. I'll use examples from my experiences of coaching senior developers at Readify, and show the approach I now use to help senior developers continue to grow in their skills.

== Open Talk (by Everyone)

Open Talk sessions are facilitated by Meligy, but the real speaker is often most of the people in the crowd. We get to discuss latest releases, tips & tricks, questions & issues, and a lot more.

This time, everyone who watched Angular Mix 2018, live or later on their own time, come to share the great learnings, news, and announcements from the the Angular conference.

There will also be plenty of time for Angular v7 discussion and beginner Q & A.
