5TH ANNIVERSARY on Tue 10 Dec - Architect & scale your app with expert advice

Details
Can you believe it's been 5 years since ng-sydney started in December 2014?!
To celebrate, we dedicate this night for a couple of old speakers that also delivered several talks and courses in Australia and internationally.
As a bonus, they designed their presentations to be a complete journey, from architecting your Angular application, into scaling your codebase with monorepos and Nx.
There'll also be a dynamic quiz, with a nice pize, just saying!
This time we are having it on a Tuesday, and it'll be our last meetup at Woolies, who have been and still are a great generous host. We'll be sending communications about a new host separately.
Please RSVP quickly so our host can plan accordingly!

In Aliaksei's words:
I will talk about how typical angular application evolve over time. How to organize app structure once your code-base grows.
I will explain the difference between different types of ngModules (core, shared, feature) will explain why they where introduced at first place and why they might disappear in the future angular versions
== Building Monorepos with Nx
(Duncan Hunter)

Building multiple frontend applications in a single git repository or mono repo can speed up development by making code more consistent and easier to share.
Learn about the pros and cons of building a mono repo with Nx (Nrwl Extensions) from real-world experiences in enterprise and government agencies.
== Open Talk
(Everyone)
Open Talk sessions are facilitated by Meligy, but the real speaker is often most of the people in the crowd. We get to discuss latest releases, tips & tricks, questions & issues, and a lot more.
This's a collective efforts. Melig'll bring some to share, you too bring yours :)
Open Talks often get better near the middle and the end. So make sure to stay till the end!!
🆖 VENUE
** WooliesX (Woolworths) **
WooliesX is Woolworths' latest dedicated technology hub. It is a diverse group of teams, including technology, customer digital experience, e-commerce, financial services and digital customer experience.
WooliesX deals with very interesting technology and business problems, that we'll touch on very very briefly during the intro, so that developers interested in their kinds of challenges can learn more about them individually during the breaks or on the following days, f they feel it's the kind of stuff they might want to help build.
