We are a non-profit association, based and founded in Porto in April 2024, dedicated to the development, promotion and implementation of cultural and creative activities with local communities. For locals and internationals living in Porto.
Our main topics are social/cultural inclusion👫, gender equality ⚧️ and environmental protection 🌿
All of us, board members, have a background in event organization, facilitation and training and we met during different events that we either organized ourselves or attended in Porto (eg. Pavla is the founder of Meaningful Connections Porto, Yulia and Agita lead the group of imPorto). Theatre, improv groups, career coaching, improv dancing and other artsy occasions. Different nationalities, cultures, social backgrounds, connected by the interest in influencing the local society and environment around us for the better.

Physical Theatre group
This is an open call for participants to join a group, preparing for an improvised performance in December.
We’ll share with you a technique that focuses on the performer with care and presence, inviting pleasure, building self-acceptance, and working with positive feedback only.
If you want to explore your body, creativity, and expression, this is a safe space for that.
No experience needed: It doesn't matter whether you have experience in physical theatre, theatre, dance, or anything else.
The only thing that matters is your full motivation to participate!
And remember: you are enough as you are.
The group needs you exactly as you are.Facilitators:
Agita - Works with intuition, feelings, levels of tension, natural body movement, physical theatre, dance, and a personal, never-ending curiosity and admiration of the beauty of people being their authentic selves.Danai - A passionate improv performer and a creative. Brings the technique of physical theatre for this performance. Creates the space of full acceptance of what is happening at the moment and facilitates a structure for the group to co-create.
