Theatre performance FORA DE SERVIÇO is a co-creation by locals and expats living in Porto, who met and worked together over the past 12 weeks.

It’s a play, loosely inspired by people you might recognize. It’s relatable, a bit funny, a bit messy, and very real. Created by four humans who spent three months trying things out, getting lost, laughing, and slowly shaping a story.

Our actors are not “actors”—they’re brave non-professionals who joined this experiment just to see what could happen. Now we all get to find out.

Confused, loud, creative, deceived… that’s how our characters introduce themselves. You’re invited to step in and observe a small fragment of four lives searching for connection—relating, but not always understanding.

Fora de Serviço — and maybe that’s exactly how our characters feel in the moment: a bit unplugged, a bit overwhelmed, hovering at “please-try-again-later.” And yet, they keep going.
