📢 Open call to join the 9-Week Physical Theatre Course - Introduction and exploration of Physical Theatre with Agi and Danai

🌀Physical Theatre with Agi and Danai uses techniques from John Britton and Jacques Lecoq, mixed with our contemporary dance, biodanza, clowning, sports, theatre and performative backgrounds.

The focus is on the performer with care and presence, inviting pleasure, building self-acceptance, and working with positive feedback only.

If you want to explore your body expression, creativity, and improvisation, this is your space.

No previous experience is needed.

Whether you are familiar with Physical Theatre or not, or you are coming from another movement or art background, you are welcome here. What matters most is your willingness to participate fully.

And remember:

You are who you are and the group needs you exactly as you are.

Facilitators:

Agita - Works with intuition, levels of tension, natural body movement, dance, performance and a never-ending curiosity and admiration of the beauty of people being their authentic selves. "Physical Theatre is about knowing when to stop. It's about pleasure and enjoying what's actually happening."

Danai - Her passion for improvisation, physical theater, clowning and movement leads her to this moment. She holds a degree in Sport Science and Physical Education, with various experience in facilitation of different groups, while creating safer spaces for expression and self-acceptance. "Physical Theatre is a reminder to connect with my body and express through it, play with my different personalities, and connect with other people, whether I know them or not.”
