Seabrook Beach Yoga

Wind down the evening with an all levels vinyasa style yoga class on the beautiful Seabrook beach. Bring a friend, the event is public. Give yourself 5-10 minutes to get to the meet spot for 6pm. Park at the town harbor lot near Ernie's restaurant on the non-Seabrook resident side. Exit the lot on the right and walk to the set of lights. Take a left to cross the street and we'll meet at the end of the road (about a 5 minute walk) at the bench/beaches entrance at the end of Hooksett and Ocean Dr. Wear comfortable clothes and sunscreen and bring a water bottle and towel for your yoga mat. Cost is $10 per person by cash or venmo.
